Swagbucks is a great site for beginners because it is geared towards them. With an easy layout, fast payout and many many ways to earn, even casual users will be able to get something out of it. This is especially true if you use Swagbucks with Plink (the offer is available under the 'Shop and Earn' category). However, earning from referrals is not extremely rewarding with Swagbucks. Cashout options vary from giftcards to Paypal cash, starting at $5 gift cards and $25 Paypal.

Get Paid is another run of the mill gpt site. You earn coins for doing offers, which can then be converted to cash or gift cards of your choice. Get Paid does use an 'experience' system, the more offers you complete, the higher your 'level' and more you get paid!

GiftHulk: (GPT)
Gift Hulk is the next in this long line of GPT sites. It is structured much like Swagbucks actually, so if you find earning on there easier you will likely enjoy GH. One cool thing about GH is that like GetPaid, it works with a leveling system -- the more referrals / coins you earn, the higher your level. This results in things like more chips to use in the Guess The Card game (which can earn you extra points, boosters and special point codes called Fountain of Youth Codes), rebates on gift card purchases, and even a free gift card. Cash out starts at 5000 hulk coins for $5 Paypal or Amazon.

Qmee is an unobtrusive browser add on that tracks your searches on sites such as Amazon and Google, and offers you the chance to click on ads for a few cents. These ads can range from five cents to twenty cents+ in value and are randomized throughout the day. Qmee pays you with Paypal and you can cash out at any point.
